Aaron Herzberg is a strategist, attorney & entrepreneur specializing in the emerging cannabis industry. Mr. Herzberg is a partner at CalCann Holdings, Inc. a California Medical Marijuana holding company where he and his partners are building a portfolio of licensed medical marijuana businesses and properties in Southern California. This includes one
open municipally licensed dispensary in Santa Ana, California known as OC3 and and two soon to be opened licensed dispensaries in Santa Ana, California known as The Source and Roseanne’s joint after the actress Roseanne Barr, as well as a 38,000 square foot municipally licensed cultivation and processing facility currently under construction in Desert Hot Springs, California. He was also awarded a cultivation license in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Other projects under development include a 5-acre Marijuana Cultivation Campus Adelanto, California as well as a dispensary location in Long Beach, California. Mr. Herzberg has been successful in raising over $7.5 million in investment capital in these projects since January 2015. Mr. Herzberg also was appointed to serve on the City of Long Beach Medical Marijuana Task Force. Herzberg was selected in 2015 as a Super Lawyer, a distinction that is limited to the top 5 percent of lawyers nationwide. He also is the recipient of an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
