Josh Wolf

Josh Wolf began his legal career as an attorney for the City of New York, where he defended constitutional challenges to City policies and statutes, handled tax appeals, helped interpret and apply City regulations, and advised the Mayor’s Office and City agencies in various litigations, compliance matters, and local legislative initiatives. Since moving to Portland and opening Wolf Legal, Josh has leveraged that experience to help advise clients dissect the complex laws and rules governing the legal production and distribution of marijuana in Oregon. Josh is admitted to practice law in Oregon and New York.
