Mitch Baruchowitz

Mitchell Baruchowitz is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of Cavu Securities. As a cannabis financier and legal analyst, Mitchell has raised ~$70MM for cannabis-related businesses since 2012, primarily in medical–only cultivation and ancillary products that support cultivation operations. Mitch is a Founder and Partner of Greenfield Capital, a cannabis-focused infrastructure private equity fund whose founding investment is  BioTrack THC.  He is also the founder of Theraplant(CT), Leafline Labs(MN) and BBMC(NV),  and has architected high scoring applications in Connecticut and Minnesota and successfully secured a Nevada cultivation license respectively.  He still sits on the Board of Governors of Leafline, one of only two Minnesota licensed cultivators.  His other cannabis related work includes: Founding Member of Maryland medical cannabis applicant Peak Harvest Health, acting as investment banker for GrowGeneration, a chain of hydroponic retail stores; strategic advisor to AnnaBis, a maker of odor-proof stylish women’s handbags.
