XIT Packaging, manufacturer of XIT™-brand products, is the only dedicated, full-scale manufacturer of compliant cannabis packaging, with owned and operated factories across the globe in Shanghai, Bangkok, and Southern California. Collective Supply has been an industry leader in packaging distribution since 2011, while the new, Denver-based ERB Supply was recently launched to service the rapidly emerging need for branding and customization of packaging in regulated markets.

David is highly involved in cannabis policy reform. As a Board Member for California Cannabis Industry Association (CCIA),

David was intimately involved in the development and approval of California’s landmark medical marijuana regulation, the Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act (MMRSA). On February 1st, David was re-elected to serve a second term on the CCIA Board of Directors and also is a founding member of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA).
