Carter is currently a Director and Mentor for the Founder Institute and is co-founder of Pitch.Coach. He’s an active angel investor and adviser.
He is also a Co-Founder of Gateway. Gateway is a full immersion business incubator and seed investment program located in the birthplace of the cannabis industry.
Gateway is California’s first cannabis business incubator, and the first program of its kind anywhere. As a funding incubator located in San Francisco’s Bay Area, Gateway is providing cannabis entrepreneurs exposure to the mentorship, capital, and expectations proven in Silicon Valley. Entrepreneurs in the cannabis space have great passion and creativity for the products they produce. Our goal is to not only cultivate great entrepreneurs in the space, but to create world-class business leaders. This is what it will take to bring the cannabis industry to the mainstream.
