Jeffrey Rosen practiced law for ten (10) years in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, where he was a civil and business trial attorney and one year Taipei, Taiwan doing transactional contract law.  Jeffrey Rosen has run employee benefit’s company for 15 + years.  His partner at CBZ, Nick DiNicola, has over 25 years Property Casualty expertise.  The combined experience enables CBZ to offer a full suite of insurance coverages and protection policies for those in the cannabis space.  The services include, but are not limited to, Property Casualty, Workers Comp, Management Liability insurance, E &O, D&O, EPLI, Employee Benefits, OSHA compliance, as well as Payroll and POS solutions.  The coverages are fact specific insurance programs that touch the plant, i.e., growth, manufacture, distribution and other aspects of this industry.    We are very much compliance focused.
