Biography
Kip cut his teeth in the hospitality world, opening such high profile establishments as the Ritz-Carlton in Southern California. He later transitioned into a highly successful 30-year Medical Sales VP and consulting career during which Kip parlayed the drive and dedication he learned playing football for Joe Paterno at Penn State University to manage extremely large and efficient sales forces and facilitate the acquisition and sale of multiple medical businesses. Rather than retire, Kip chose to reinvent himself and explore his entrepreneurial side. This choice lead him to co-found Elem·n·tal Digital with his son, Anthony.
