Marty Higgins

Marty Higgins created the Harvest dispensary concept to evolve consumer attitudes about cannabis.  In 2015 he organized real estate investments that acquired two San Francisco properties that will each house a Harvest branded dispensary and a private lounge with membership amenities including on-site cannabis consumption.   He a highly-regarded authority on dispensary development and advises investors and entrepreneurs on best practices in MMJ real estate and retail science.

Higgins is a successful real estate investor that has acquired and improved apartment buildings across the Bay Area as a principal of The Apartment Group and served as the Sr. Vice President at Berkadia, a multi-family investment advisory firm.  He is the founder of the non-profit City of Dreams that helps youth living in San Francisco’s low-income housing communities to build brighter futures through mentorship and youth development.
